Our ability to effectively manage projects, assess client needs, and provide technical guidance is crucial in delivering successful outcomes, using the most innovative way of doing computational design.\nYour Role will include, but not limited to:\nPreparation of plant equipment layouts, process flow diagrams, equipment sizing & P & IDs.\nPreparation of Specifications & data sheets, for Process Equipment, Utility Equipment Warehouse Equipment etc.\nExperience with OSD projects, (Tablet, Capsule manufacturing), facility design, equipment involved in OSD facilities, like Granulator, FBD/FBP, compression, Coaters etc\nKnowledge of equipment such as, Blister packing, Bottles packing lines, secondary packing lines, track & trace. Palletisers etc.\nExperience with Small (Ampoule, Vial, PFS etc) & large Volume Parenteral Facility design.\nKnowledge of equipment such as, Ampoule/Vail washers, dehydrogenation tunnels, filling machines, isolators, Autoclaves, inspection machine, secondary packing machines\nKnowledge of instrumentation Control requirement & Preparation of plant process control Philosophies.\nProvide required process input to Instrumentation team for instrument process data sheets.\nDevelop documentation, diagrams, and specifications to meet project requirements and compliances with regulatory standards and guidelines.\nParticipate in project reviews to enable ongoing status tracking and reporting.\nPrepare & review project documents i.e. DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ Qualifications, FAT/SAT protocol & reports etc.\nEnsure adherence to industry standards and best practices in Process designing.\nAdhering to cGMP guidelines and work as per Arcadis SOP/Work instructions.\nCompliance to SHE & Sustainability\nQualification\nMandatory:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering [Chemical (Preferred)/Mechanical]\nAn experience as process engineer in design engineering consultancy environment.\n4-8 years of experience as a process engineer in a design consultancy.\nKnowledge of process analysis & process modelling.\nWorking knowledge of process safety, risk assessment and compliance with regulatory standards.\nGood project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nNice to have:\nMaster’s degree in process engineering or a related field.\nProfessional certification in process engineering or related areas.\nExperience with process automation and control systems.\nKnowledge of process simulation software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.\nSolid understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO standards.\nExperience of sterile processing\nKnowledge of Hazardous Area Classification\nExperience of high potency pharmaceuticals\nExperience of both small molecule and large molecule process design.\nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
