Role description:
To work side-by-side with COO Office Management Team to drive forward the COO Office Strategy.
The COO Office Program Manager acts as a trusted advisor who is expected to be comfortable dealing with ambiguous environments, high pace and changeable environments and at ease with managing stakeholders, understanding the needs of those around them and influencing outcomes.
Role accountabilities:
- Leading and supporting on delivery of strategic initiatives linked to the Global Strategy.
- Putting structure and plans around key areas of focus and areas of ambiguity, to define and deliver an end outcome
- Working with stakeholders and Senior Leaders to influence outcomes, drive action and communicate plans
Qualifications & Experience:
You are a multitasker with excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with ambiguity, fast paced environments and the complex nature of working at leadership level. You are resilient and good at working collaboratively with all styles of leaders.
In addition, you have the following requirements and competencies:
- High-level of discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- A resilient, flexible and positive attitude
- Willing to perform varying duties depending on the shifting needs of the company
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks of high complexity
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build quality relationships with an international network and key stakeholders across different levels
- Proactive and can work autonomously
- Analytical thinker who is accuracy and quality driven and a good attention for detail
- Tech savvy and experienced user of Microsoft Office packages (specifically PowerPoint, Excel & SmartSheets)
