Coordinate and obtain all necessary regulatory permits. \nManages/Coordinate design professionals, general contractors, and construction manager partners and oversee their work. \nDevelops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan. \nManages both internal and external risks within the project’s lifetime. \nContribute to culture of health and safety on the projects. \nHas ability to perform project inspection, on site, verifying that necessary inspections and testing are performed and documented. \nHold project meetings as required and disseminate information and action items. \nMonitors contractor progress against baseline schedule. Primavera P6 experience is a plus. \nReviews of contractors change order requests. \nReview and approve contractor pay applications. \nManages project turnover documents and project closeout. \nAbility to interpret and understand construction documentation including plans, specifications, contracts, and related addenda. \nQualifications & Experience:\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. \nPreferred Qualifications:\n4-7 or more years of experience with an architectural, construction management, or facilities team, public works experience a plus \nAbility to exercise strong judgment and be capable of anticipating, analyzing, appraising, evaluating, and resolving problems of a difficult procedural, organizational, administrative or technical nature. \nProven track record of delivering high quality projects on time and within budget as a necessity. \nBe organized, deliberate and thorough, with the ability to relate complex processes and concept\nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
