This role requires leadership, strategic perspective, and a commitment to delivering sustainable, resilient, and future-ready solutions.\nYou will oversee a team of Project Managers, Coordinators, and Schedulers supporting Arcadis’ largest multidisciplinary programs and projects.\nRole accountabilities:\nLead a portfolio of multidisciplinary projects to meet client goals, project requirements, and Arcadis business objectives\nSupport project teams and leadership on project delivery, commercial issues, risk management, and execution strategy\nBe responsible for delivering projects in line with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contract requirements\nLead and support teams across all disciplines, including architecture, engineering, environmental, infrastructure, and project controls\nWork with project teams and internal support groups, including risk, legal, finance, and insurance to manage contracts and resolve issues\nLead major project proposals, including scope, fees, delivery plans, and staffing\nParticipate in project reviews, reporting, and internal governance activities\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication\nCoordinate with clients, contractors, partners, and subconsultants to support project success\nMonitor project performance and help teams address issues related to cost, schedule, quality, and risk\nManage project financial and operational activities, including:Budgets\nFinancial forecasting\nRevenue tracking\nInvoicing and collections\nPerformance reporting\n\nUse project data to support decision-making and improve outcomes\nShare lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement\nMentor and support team members through coaching and knowledge sharing\nQualifications & Experience:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering\nRegistered Professional Engineer in Canada\nPMP certification preferred\nLEED Green Associate or LEED AP is an asset\n15+ years of experience managing large, complex projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and overall performance\nStrong understanding of multiple project delivery models such as:Design-Build\nP3\nIPD\n\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nExperience with contract negotiation, commercial management, and conflict resolution\nExperience in Oracle\nKnowledge of project controls, including cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and performance tracking\nProven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams\nAbility to work well across teams, regions, and disciplines\nValid driver’s license with a good driving record\nAbility to travel\nMust be eligible for security clearance\nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position.
