PPM team is deployed to global projects\nbased on requirements and skills.\nRole accountabilities:\nProviding risk management consultancy to our clients covering a range of services to:\nProvide an effective and professional Risk Management service.\nActively consider new and innovative ways of working and seek continuous improvement in the delivery of the service.\nSupport the development, implementation and regular review of project/programme risk management methodology, processes, procedures and practices.\nEffectively communicate and promote good risk management practice to staff and provide advice and assistance.\nWork closely with Project/Programme Analysts and Project Control Engineers in the effective management of project and programme risks following Client and Arcadis procedures.\nUndertake assurance activities, including \"In-depth reviews” and contribute to the Gateway Review Panels.\nApply a range of risk identification techniques to aid risk identification.\nClosely monitor the external environment to identify new and emerging risks.\nUse the most appropriate response for a variety of risks.\nProduce monthly project and programme risk reports for project allocated to.\nSupport the development and delivery of training and provide supporting tools to help staff in managing risk effectively.\nProvide effective facilitation of risk and issue and other workshops, with staff at all levels of the organisation and external stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain appropriate risk and issue workshop guidance.\nFully utilise risk management software to support the effective management ofrisks and issues.\nBe knowledgeable in risk management best practice and keep up to date with trends and developments in technology, products ce and keep up to date with trends and developments in technology, products and services, and to apply that knowledge in the management of the client’s risks.\nWillingness to travel is required.\nQualifications & Experience:\n· Knowledge of standards and processes underpinning risk and issues management\n· Demonstrate project and programme management experience from inception to\ncompletion, allowing a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the fundamental\nprinciples and techniques\n· Undertake Quantitative risk assessments and using risk software on infrastructure and/or\nInformation Systems projects and programmes more than £100m\n· Take ownership of facilitating workshops.\n· Demonstrable experience of using general IT office software\n· Experience of risk analysis using risk management @Risk and Primavera Risk Analysis / Safran Risk or experience of using Risk management suites like Predict, Active Risk Analyst or any similar tool\nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
