Working across the UK, you will deliver Technical Due Diligence and building surveying instructions on a diverse range of commercial property assets.\nThis is a client-facing role suited to an experienced surveyor with strong commercial consultancy and TDD expertise. You will manage multiple assignments, provide clear and commercially focused advice, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.\nRole Accountabilities:\nLead and deliver Technical Due Diligence commissions across commercial property portfolios.\nIdentify, assess, and report on key building and asset risks, providing practical recommendations.\nDeliver technical consultancy services, including TDD, condition surveys, and related building surveying commissions.\nManage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring quality, profitability, and timely delivery.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser.\nCollaborate with Project Managers and Team Leaders to ensure effective project and financial management.\nSupport business growth and contribute to the ongoing success of the commercial building surveying offering.\nProvide regular project updates and performance reporting to senior stakeholders.\nRepresent Arcadis professionally at all times.\nMentor and support junior surveyors, sharing technical knowledge and best practice.\nQualifications & Experience:\nDegree qualified and MRICS accredited.\nStrong post-qualification experience in commercial building surveying consultancy.\nProven Technical Due Diligence experience.\nExcellent technical, analytical, and report-writing skills.\nAbility to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities.\nStrong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.\nCommercially aware with a focus on delivering high-quality client outcomes.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear, concise advice.\nCollaborative approach with experience working in multidisciplinary teams.\nProfessional, proactive, and committed to developing others through mentoring and support.\nReady to Apply?\nJoin a team that helps clients make informed property decisions and maximise the value of their assets.
