With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.\nSenior Project Manager (Industrial & Logistics Projects)\nLocation: Warszawa/Wrocław/Gliwice (hybrid)\nRole description:\nOversee and manage, greenfield and brownfield, manufacturing and industrial projects within the Buildings Business Line, ensuring effective planning, organization, financial oversight, and compliance with legal requirements.\nManage projects from concept and feasibility through engineering, permitting, procurement, construction management, and commissioning phases.\nParticipate in and lead tender processes, working as an integral member of the bid team to secure new manufacturing projects.\nAdvise, mentor, and direct project teams to ensure best practices are followed throughout project delivery.\nOversee and manage client and commercial management, including contract administration and risk management, to proactively minimize disputes, complaints, and claims.\nEngage with clients to understand and manage their expectations and requirements, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate Arcadis and external project resources, including onsite engineers and subcontractors, optimizing team billability and overall project performance.\nAct as a key contact with clients and partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.\nRequirements:\nTechnical education in buildings construction or equivalent.\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in project management, specifically delivering manufacturing and/or industrial construction projects, ideally with experience across all project phases (planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover).\nDemonstrated track record of managing manufacturing/industrial projects from concept through to completion and handover.\nPolish building license.\nAble to manage construction outside of residence, if required.\nExperience with FIDIC contracts and/or EPCM project delivery models preferred.\nPrior experience in a consultancy environment with a strong understanding of manufacturing sector requirements is a significant advantage.\nFluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) required.\nStrong technical knowledge supported by hands-on experience.\nDemonstrated commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, contracts, and risk.\nAgile, adaptable, and responsive to changing requirements.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present ideas clearly and concisely.\nConfident, proactive, solutions-oriented, and client-focused team player.\nHigh level of commitment and availability.\nWe offer:\nA comprehensive benefits package, including private medical care, life insurance, and accident insurance.\nMonthly top-ups to your MyBenefit cafeteria platform account, including the option to activate a Multisport card.\nCo-financing of foreign language courses.\nReimbursement of membership fees for a professional organization of your choice.\nAn individualized approach to career development through our GPS (Growth Performance Success) framework.\nAccess to the Workplace Options program, offering psychological support and counseling services, including legal and financial advice.\nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
