Hands-on experience with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, scheduled and application-driven integrations, XML/JSON transformations and SQL. Experienced in integration monitoring, incident troubleshooting, UAT support and deployment activities. Familiar with Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM integration patterns and enterprise integration lifecycle practices.\nRoles & Responsibilities - Oracle Integration Cloud Developer\nDevelop, test and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) between Oracle Fusion applications and external systems.\nComprehend application-driven, scheduled and file-based integrations based on functional and technical requirements.\nConfigure and maintain Connections, Integrations, Lookups, Packages and Schedules.\nBuild and maintain integrations involving Oracle Fusion ERP and/or HCM applications.\nUnderstand integration validations, conditional processing and appropriate fault/error-handling mechanisms.\nWork with Oracle Fusion REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher reports and file-based integration patterns where applicable.\nUse SQL for data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting and integration support activities.\nTest REST/SOAP services using tools such as Postman and analyze request/response payloads.\nMonitor OIC integration instances, schedules and message flows and proactively identify failed or delayed transactions.\nTroubleshoot production incidents involving connectivity, authentication, API errors, SFTP failures, transformation issues and source/target data problems.\nAnalyze Activity Streams, error messages, payloads and application logs to identify the root cause of integration failures.\nPerform incident investigation, defect resolution and root-cause analysis (RCA) for recurring integration issues.\nSupport failed transaction recovery, reprocessing and reconciliation following defined operational procedures.\nProvide L2 technical support for OIC integrations and coordinate with functional, application, infrastructure and external-system teams when required.\nSupport SIT, UAT and regression testing, including defect analysis and resolution.\nPrepare SOP's, technical validation evidence and deployment-related documentation.\nSupport the migration and deployment of integrations across Development, Test/UAT and Production environments.\nPerform post-deployment validation and monitor integrations following production releases.\nMaintain technical documentation, support runbooks, troubleshooting guides and knowledge-based articles.\nRequired Qualifications and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical discipline.\n2-5 years of relevant experience in enterprise application integration, Oracle Cloud integration development/support or a comparable technical role.\nHands-on experience developing, testing and supporting integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).\nPractical experience with application-driven, scheduled and file-based OIC integration patterns.\nExperience configuring and working with OIC components such as Connections, Integrations, Lookups, Packages and Schedules.\nWorking knowledge and practical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or HCM integrations.\nStrong practical experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services and SFTP/file-based integration mechanisms.\nGood working knowledge of XML and JSON, including data mapping, transformation and validation.\nWorking knowledge of SQL for data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting and integration-support activities.\nPractical experience using tools such as Postman for REST/SOAP API testing and request/response analysis.\nExperience troubleshooting OIC integrations using Activity Streams, error messages, payloads and application logs.\nGood understanding of integration fault handling, exception management, transaction recovery, reprocessing and reconciliation.\nExperience supporting production incidents and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for integration-related issues.\nPractical exposure to SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment and post-production validation activities.\nFamiliarity with Oracle Fusion REST/SOAP APIs and BI Publisher (BIP) integration/reporting patterns.\nExposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and enterprise authentication/connectivity concepts would be advantageous.\nGood written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear technical documentation, SOPs, support runbooks and troubleshooting guidance.\nAbility to manage assigned priorities independently, take ownership of technical issues and work effectively within established change, release and operational processes.\nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
