In this role, you will have opportunities for advancement as you deliver projects, manage delivery teams, and build strong client relationships.\nRole Accountabilities:\nAs a client-facing Project Manager and Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering innovative water and wastewater solutions. You’ll partner with clients to understand their goals and provide forward-thinking designs that address today’s challenges while shaping sustainable outcomes for the future. In this role, you’ll also guide project teams, ensuring technical excellence, collaboration, and successful delivery. Additional responsibilities include:\nLeading the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities, distribution and collection systems, and pump/lift stations.\nServing as the Project or Design Manager, directing projects from concept through completion.\nBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding needs, managing expectations, and delivering high-quality solutions.\nMentoring and leading project teams, fostering professional growth and ensuring technical excellence.\nContributing to business growth through proposal development, strategic partnerships, and positioning for future opportunities; travel as needed to support project delivery.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (or a related field)\n10 years of relevant engineering experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s Degree in a related engineering discipline\nProfessional Engineering (PE) license\nExperience in municipal water/wastewater design and construction management\nWhy Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
