scripting expertise is a must.\nProven experience with infrastructure-as-code, automation, CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins), and monitoring tools like Prometheus, ELK, or Grafana.\nStrong focus on security, reliability, and performance in high-availability environments.\nLeadership experience or strong mentorship history, comfortable driving architectural decisions and influencing engineering culture.\nExcellent communication skills;
