You'll thrive here if you move fast, take ownership, and care about the details. \nThis is a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters.\nWhat You'll Do\nPerforming preventative maintenance and facility PMs/inspections on building systems\nTroubleshooting basic electrical and plumbing issues\nMaking repairs to facility and building systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, doors, hardware, furniture, fixtures)\nContinuously refreshing office workspaces and handling general handyman tasks (drywall, paint, furniture build)\nManaging facilities tickets\nManaging fleet vehicles\nMaintaining high standards of safety and quality, including safety-related facility repairs\nMinimum Qualifications\n1+ years of facilities, building maintenance, or related trade experience\nAble to work independently with minimal supervision and a proactive mindset\nProficiency using mechanical and basic electrical hand tools\nWorking knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and general building systems\nBasic computer and email proficiency\nAbility to stand 6-10 hours per day and lift up to 50lbs\nAbility to climb ladders and work in tight or elevated spaces\nStrong communication skills for interfacing with employees, vendors, and stakeholders\nValid driver's license (for fleet management duties)\nBonus Qualifications\nPrior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting\nForklift and scissor lift experience\nFamiliar with using Asana or a ticketing system to prioritize and track tickets\nExperience with the operation of fabrication equipment (mills, lathes, routers, CNC)\nComfortable pushing a fast but sustainable pace\nEnthusiasm for boating and clean energy\nAt Arc, we encourage diversity and consider all qualified applicants equally for employment, regardless of background, identity, or status.
