This role combines elements of Customer Success, technical account management, and solution-oriented sales.\nThe ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with technical stakeholders, helping customers navigate AI infrastructure and deployment needs, coordinating across internal teams, and identifying opportunities to deepen customer engagement over time.\nThis person will serve as a trusted partner to customers throughout onboarding, deployment, and ongoing adoption.\nResponsibilities\nManage day-to-day relationships with strategic customers and partners\nSupport customer onboarding, deployment coordination, and ongoing account management\nHelp customers navigate technical requirements and identify the right solutions for their AI workloads and use cases\nAct as a liaison between customers and internal Engineering, Research, Product, and Operations teams\nMonitor account health, customer adoption, and engagement trends\nPartner with GTM leadership on renewals, expansion opportunities, and long-term account growth\nServe as a point of contact for customer questions, escalations, and operational coordination\nHelp build scalable processes around customer onboarding, deployment coordination, and account management\nMaintain strong visibility into customer goals, timelines, and technical priorities\nQualifications\nExperience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or technical sales\nFamiliarity with AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or enterprise software environments\nStrong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders\nComfortable managing multiple customer relationships and projects simultaneously\nStrong organizational, operational, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment\nNice to Have\nExperience working with AI infrastructure, model deployment workflows, or technical enterprise customers\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, or modern infrastructure environments\nExperience supporting enterprise onboarding and implementation processes\nStartup or high-growth company experience\nAdditional Information\nWe have an office in San Franciscoand value in-person collaboration.
