This Procurement organization is centrally led and managed per categories to develop expertise, consolidate the needs and follow-up the execution of contracts\nWe are looking for an Apprentice to join our Maintenance and Repairs department based in Dunquerque for a minimum 12-month apprenticeship contract.\nResponsibilities:\nYou will be involved in the following:\nAnalyze the purchasing portfolio for the maintenance category, identify opportunities for improvement, and learn the key components of the buyer’s role (purchase orders, negotiations, purchasing strategy).\nIdentify, within a very specific purchasing scope (for example, electrical maintenance), areas for improvement and determine how to better structure this scope in order to improve the associated purchasing performance.\nManage the follow up of claims with support of dedicated buyers.\nTransform contract line items to standardize SAP contract structures and harmonize contract management processes. Manage a number of spot orders as well as one or two maintenance contracts. \nConduct data analysis using spreadsheet tools such as Excel within the scope of the assignment in order to identify synergies across the services procurement portfolio.\nProfile Required:\nMaster’s degree in Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.\nStudent in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, or related field \nFluency in French and English is required.
