This Procurement organization is centrally led and managed per categories to develop expertise, consolidate the needs and follow-up the execution of contracts.\nGeneral Industrial Services Sub-Category is in charge of activities like Internal Transport and Handling, Packaging and warehousing, Industrial Cleaning, Scaffolding as well as Support and Facility Management services.\nOur General Industrial Services team is looking for a Buyer to join its team:\nResponsibilities:\nActively participate in the strategic procurement activities for General Industrial Services subcategory in the Cluster.\nBuild transparency of subcategory spend in the Cluster and drive cost reduction.\nWork closely with internal customers and logistics people on sites to ensure effective strategic procurement and business continuity.\nTogether with Lead User and Users collaborate in the search and implementation of Progress and TCO Actions.\nWork closely with Lead Buyer in conducting research on supply markets, price benchmarks, and supplier profiles.\nParticipate in Transversal Projects/Initiatives Across Clusters to ensure share of Best practices.\nExecute supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting for the mills/sites.\nDevelop and maintain supplier profiles: Manage Supplier relationship and monitor contract compliance.\nDeliver savings and subcategory KPI targets and assist Lead Buyer with necessary analyses:Spend data analysis and basic financial analyses,\nPerformance reporting\nCategory strategy development (ex: supply market research, price benchmarks),\nSupplier profile maintenance.\n\nAchieve effective procurement and business continuity by cooperation with internal customers across sites.\nParticipate in transversal working groups and projects.\nProfile Required:\nMaster’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.\nExperience in similar kind of scope.\nHave a problem-solving, analytical skills and good ease facing numbers. \nPossess good technical knowledge of contracts and targeted systems but also in project management and negotiation. \nDemonstrate leadership and good communication skills. \nHave an appetite for finding information about innovative industry and for market analysis. \nKnowledge of quality management norms (ISO 9001…) would be a plus.\nEnglish and local Hub language.
