recommendations to management.\nWho We Are Looking For\nMaster's degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Logistics Purchasing, Transportation Management, or Supply Chain.\nStrong knowledge of the Spanish road freight transportation market.\nProven track record of leading complex sourcing projects and negotiations.\nExperience managing strategic suppliers and service contracts.\nExposure to industrial, manufacturing, steel, automotive, logistics, or heavy industry environments is an advantage.\nStrong strategic thinking and category management mindset.\nHigh level of ownership and accountability.\nExcellent negotiation and influencing skills.\nCommercial acumen with a results-oriented approach.\nAnalytical and data-driven decision-making capability.\nAbility to balance operational urgency with long-term strategic objectives.\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\nResilience and ability to perform in a fast-paced industrial environment.\nContinuous improvement and problem-solving
