requirements.\nPrepare documentation and provide explanations for internal and external audits.\nCollaborate with Tax, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Treasury teams to ensure accurate accounting treatment of business transactions.\nIdentify accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.\nParticipate in projects related to the optimization, standardization, and automation of finance and accounting processes.\nCreate and update process documentation and procedures.\nRequirements\nUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting, with a strong focus on General Ledger and/or Record to Report processes.\nVery good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.\nExperience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).\nGood command of English, enabling effective work in an international environment.\nKnowledge of IFRS is considered an advantage.\nHigh level of accuracy, independence, and analytical thinking skills.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage
