The Customer Service Representative position could be the perfect fit for you!\nWhat you'll gain by joining our team :\nA salary among the most competitive in the heavy industry sector;\nBonus program;\nComprehensive insurance program fully paid by the employer, including medical, dental, disability and life insurance;\nTraining and development program;\nPension plan with employer contributions;\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP);\nAnd much more!\nQuality steel starts with you.\nResponsabilities :\nReporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative plays a key role in order management and customer satisfaction.\nEnter and validate customer orders, including feasibility, availability, allocations, the need for a product study, creation of SAP material codes, and price validation and accuracy; prepare price approval requests for special agreements;\nRespond to customer calls and emails and communicate with customers regarding delays or issues related to their orders;\nProvide customers with order status updates;\nMonitor shipments and ensure delivery timelines are met;\nParticipate in internal and external sales-related audits;\nCollaborate with various departments on transformation and optimization projects;\nMonitor production;\nEstablish shipping priorities as required and follow up with the plants;\nCollaborate with the Credit Department to validate the feasibility of shipments;\nReceive, analyze and follow up on customer complaints related to logistics, transportation and sales, involving the appropriate departments through to resolution;\nCoordinate customer complaints with the Quality team, including arranging the return of defective material;\nManage customer requirements based on forecasts, inventory levels and minimum required quantities;\nContribute to achieving the business unit’s commercial objectives and identify opportunities for improvement;\nSupport compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 quality standards.\nRequirements :\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another relevant field, combined with experience in administration or customer service;\nStrong customer service orientation;\nExperience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset;\nFrench language skills are considered an asset;\n\nStrong analytical skills and ability to work effectively with large volumes of data;\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and organize work efficiently;\nExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external partners;\nProficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP;\nDemonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety by promoting safe work practices and incorporating ArcelorMittal’s 10 Golden Rules into daily activities.\nAt ArcelorMittal, we welcome and encourage applications from Indigenous Peoples, women, members of the LGBTQ2S+ community, older workers, persons with disabilities, and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
