- Técnicas de ventas y negociación.
- Gestión de cuentas clave (Key Account Management).
- Productos siderúrgicos y procesos industriales (deseable).
- SAP SD, CRM o sistemas comerciales.
- Excel y herramientas de análisis comercial.
- Logística y cadena de suministro (deseable).
