Anlagen bedienen, Aufträge ausführen und ständigen Einfluss auf unsere Endprodukte nehmen. Unsere Produktion muss laufen, oftmals über 24 Stunden im kontinuierlichen Betrieb.
Wir suchen echte Allrounder mit Kraft und Verstand.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Erledigung prozessbedingter Arbeiten an den Produktionsanlagen des Kaltwalzwerkes
- Erfüllung von operativ übertragenen Aufgaben vom Schichtführer bzw. Schichtmeister
- Schichtübergabe und -übernahme mit Informationsaustausch am Arbeitsplatz
- Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Störungen
- Mitarbeit bei Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten
- Einflussnahme auf einen qualitätsgerechten Prozess entsprechend der Vorgaben
- Gewährleistung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich
- Einhaltung des Gefahren-, Arbeits- und Brandschutzes
- Beachtung der DGUV (UVV)
Ihr Profil:
Sie haben erfolgreich einen gewerblichen, idealerweise stahltypischen Facharbeiterabschluss absolviert. Sie besitzen vorzugsweise einen Fahrausweis für Krane oder Stapler und runden Ihr Profil mit Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Qualifizierungsbereitschaft ab.
