Mechanical Engineer (Manager Level)

15 years ofexperience in Operations and equipment maintenance.

Familiar with processing lines equipment, such as Pickling Tandem Cold Mill , Galvanizing lines , Continuous annelingand repairing & inspection lines.

Equipment reliability: Good knowledge about failure analysis, Preventive/Predictive maintenance and experience in implementation and execution. Knowledge in ARMP would be appreciated. Experience working with Computer Management Maintenance System (SAP or Maximo).

World Class Management (WCM) program knowledge

Equipment commissioning experience would be appreciated

Familiarity with IOT (internet of things) and SmartSensorsappliedfor IntelligentMaintenancewouldbeappreciated.

KPI control and prepare management reports

Basic knowledge/fundamentals on Metallurgical process producing flat galvanized products for automotive application;

Experience at and big preventive maintenances and annual maintenance shut downs. Desirable some experience in spare parts management and resources planning preparation for maintenances. Should have worked with CMMS such as SAP or Maximo before.
