understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.\n\nProficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nKnowledge of labor laws and regulations related to
