You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, analyze equipment failures, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence, safety, and productivity.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.\nOptimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.\nConduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.\nMonitor reliability KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and equipment availability.\nLead asset criticality assessments and risk evaluations.\nSupport equipment modernization and reliability improvement projects.\nCollaborate closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.\nPromote a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement. \nYour Profile\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or asset management within an industrial environment.\nStrong knowledge of reliability methodologies, root cause analysis, and predictive maintenance techniques.\nExperience with CMMS systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent.\nAnalytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.\nFluent in English and French;
