In the initial phase, you will design and build cloud-based backend and frontend software solutions yourself. establishing robust software foundations, scalable architectures, and strong development practices within the AMGS AI Team.\nKey Responsibilities\nHands-on Engineering (Initial Phase)\nDesign and implement cloud-native software solutions supporting AI and data use cases\nDevelop backend services, APIs, and frontend application components\nEnsure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and production-ready\nCollaborate closely with AI, data, and cloud engineers during delivery\nTechnical Leadership (As Team Grows)\nLead and guide software developers in solution design and implementation\nReview code and provide constructive feedback\nDefine and enforce development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines\nOversee technical quality, maintainability, and reliability of delivered software\nSupport planning, estimation, and technical decision-making\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with business analysts, product owners, and architects\nTranslate solution requirements into sound technical designs\nEnsure alignment between software design and cloud / AI platform constraints\nRequired Skills & Experience\nCore Technical Skills\nStrong experience in full-stack software development (backend and frontend), preferably in cloud-based environments\nSolid programming skills across backend and frontend technologies (e.g. Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)\nExperience designing and building APIs and backend services\nGood understanding of cloud-native architectures and deployment models\nExperience with version control, testing, and CI/CD practices\nLeadership & Ownership\nAbility to work independently and own solutions end-to-end\nExperience mentoring or guiding other developers (formal or informal)\nStrong sense of
