service.\nKey responsibilities:\nLeadership:\nLead, coach, and develop a team of Order Manager Specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.\nOrganize and facilitate regular team meetings, knowledge sharing, and training sessions.\nMonitor team performance, provide feedback, and support career development.\nEnsure compliance with quality management and company policies.\nAct as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex issues, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them efficiently\nOperational:\nExecute all core responsibilities of a Order Manager Specialists, including:\nKPI management: evaluate & monitor defined KPIs, request improvement measures in case of KPI non-fulfillment\nOrder management: checking order-item matches, executing impact lists, and performing retro billing.\nSetting priorities between customer service, delivery reliability, productivity, inventory, and profitability in coordination with Supply Chain
