By providing your expert advice and executing code reviews, you will act as a mentor for the junior and senior team members\n\nThe core responsibilities for the job include the following:\n\nInnovation and expertise: \nAct as a technical lead, driving the adoption of new ideas, technologies, and approaches to enhance solutions and processes within the existing architecture.\nAct as a digitalization expert, developing new functionalities, extending existing code, and promoting solutions to bring the business value and quality to the next level.\n\nSoftware design and development: \nDesign and develop software solutions that meet business requirements.\nWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code, accompanied by detailed documentation.\n\nCross-team collaboration: \nCollaborate and align with multiple teams across the organization, working on different technology stacks to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.\n\nTesting, debugging, and quality assurance: \nTest and debug software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet project requirements.\nParticipate in code reviews, bug triage, and other quality control activities to maintain.\n\nRequirements: \nDegree: Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science.\nInformation Technology or related circuit branches.\nExperience: 6+ years of experience (excluding education) in the technology industry.\nAutonomously developing software in the manufacturing industry is preferred.\nStrong knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.\nExperience with setting up and maintaining software solutions (development, deployment, hypercare, maintenance).\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously, be fully accountable, and collaborate within and across teams.\nBe stress resilient and be able to perform under pressure.\nMentoring (junior and medior) team members and maintaining code quality by performing in-depth PR reviews.\nTakes responsibility for end-to-end project delivery.\nEager to understand the business requirements and processes and how applications support them.\nProfessional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).\n\nRequired Technical Competencies: \nKnowledge of and experience with design patterns (e. g., event-driven design, DDD, TDD, microservices)\nMicrosoft Azure stack (. NET in Azure cloud; setting up, configuring and using Docker and Kubernetes, . )\nSkills are.
