Position Summary

Arcesium seeks an AI/ML Product Strategy Lead to help shape how Arcesium Intelligence, our agentic AI platform, goes to market. In this role, you will turn client and market feedback into concrete input for our AI roadmap, and help translate product capability into go-to-market strategy - use cases, launch narratives, and client and analyst engagement. 

This role works closely alongside Arcesium's existing AI market intelligence and communications functions, which own adoption/competitive tracking and external narrative, respectively. You will draw on their work and contribute insight into it, while owning the connective work of making sure client and market signal actually shapes product priorities, and that go-to-market execution is grounded in what the market is telling us. 

This is a cross-functional strategy role rather than a solo-ownership role: you'll partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Communications day to day, and your effectiveness will depend on how well you influence and coordinate across those teams. 

Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence: Maintain a sharp, current view of AI adoption patterns and the competitive landscape across client segments, and use it to identify where AI can create a defensible advantage for Arcesium clients.
• Voice of the Customer: Partner with Sales and Marketing to channel client and market feedback into concrete input for the AI roadmap.  
• Cross-Functional Influence: Guide product teams on AI feature prioritization based on market and client feedback, and build trust across product, engineering, marketing, and sales - influencing through insight and credibility rather than positional authority.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Build and maintain segment-specific agentic AI use cases, and develop go-to-market narratives for major AI feature releases and client programs in partnership with Marketing and Sales.
• Executive & Board Input: Provide AI-specific input - roadmap detail, client evidence, competitive context - for board and management-team materials prepared by Arcesium’s communications function.
• Thought Leadership Partnership: Partner with Arcesium’s communications function on thought leadership by supplying subject-matter input and review for blog posts, bylines, and press materials on agentic AI and AI governance topics.
• Client & Market Engagement: Represent Arcesium at industry events and with analyst firms on AI strategy, and build relationships with AI technology partners and vendors. 

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in product management, go-to-market strategy, corporate strategy, or a closely related field, ideally with exposure to AI/ML products or platforms
• A working understanding of financial services operations (accounting, treasury, reporting, reconciliation) and enterprise technology is strongly preferred and will significantly shorten ramp time
• A proven track record of synthesizing complex technology trends into business strategy, and of influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Exceptional written and verbal communication - able to explain technical concepts to business audiences and business concepts to technical audiences with equal ease
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to structure unstructured problems; you build conviction through data and client insight rather than industry buzzwords
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Communications functions is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree is required 

The expected annual base salary for this position is $200,000 - $230,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.   #LI-JS1 #LI-hybrid

The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
