This person will provide support to members of the management team, notably 2 Executives from our Client & Partner Development Team.\nResponsibilities\n\nComplex calendar management involving multiple time zones\nDomestic and International travel arrangements\nTrack, reconcile, and submit business expenses\nOversee and track budget deductions\nCoordinate team outings and client events\nAssist with ad-hoc projects as needed\nQualifications\n\n5+ continuous years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the Finance, Fintech, or Technology\nExpertise with Microsoft Office applications and an aptitude to learn new software\nExceptional organizational and multitasking skills, impeccable attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills are a must\nAbility to maintain a high level of composure, integrity, professionalism, and discretion while handling confidential information\nAbility to adapt and pivot to changing requests and thrive in a fast-paced environment\nFlexible and collaborative team player with a no task is too big or too small attitude\nThe expected compensation for this position is $40- $44/hour. \nThe applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.\nArcesium's Personal Data Privacy Notice for Candidates is linked here. \nRecruiting Security\n Emails from genuine Arcesium recruiters who are employees of the company will always come from the @arcesium.com domain.
