We value intellectual curiosity, proactive ownership, and collaboration with colleagues, and we empower you to meaningfully contribute from day one and accelerate your professional development.\nWhat You'll Do\nHuman Capital Operations\nSupport the day-to-day execution of Human Capital operational activities, ensuring processes are completed accurately and within defined timelines.\nCoordinate and execute onboarding activities, ensuring employee documentation and records are complete and maintained appropriately.\nSupport document management, document audits, and validation of employee records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established processes.\nAssist with employee lifecycle activities and other Talent Management Operations initiatives, as required.\nMaintain and update employee data, trackers, and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.\nIdentify discrepancies, follow up on pending activities, and support timely resolution of operational issues.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of Human Capital processes and provide timely operational support.\nContribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.\nSupport the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and activities that strengthen workplace culture, foster employee connections, and build a sense of belonging.\nPartner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.\nProcess Excellence & Stakeholder Support\nEnsure consistent application of established HR processes, policies, and operating procedures.\nManage routine operational activities with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to timelines.\nRespond to stakeholder queries and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.\nHandle sensitive employee information with discretion and maintain appropriate confidentiality.\nDemonstrate a proactive approach to learning new processes, systems, and tools while adapting to evolving business requirements.\nWhat You'll Need\n4-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to Human Capital or HR Operations.\nEducation: Master's degree or PG diploma in HR.\nStrong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while managing repetitive and process-oriented tasks.\nA quick learner with the ability to understand new processes, systems, and workflows.\nGood verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.\nA service-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership of routine operational responsibilities.\nBasic analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and support issue resolution.\nAbility to handle confidential information responsibly and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.\nRecruiting Security\n Emails from genuine Arcesium recruiters who are employees of the company will always come from the @arcesium.com domain.
