This role will play a key role in developing and qualifying opportunities for Arcesium in EMEA. We are seeking an experienced professional who will leverage their industry knowledge and specialist expertise to identify and evaluate emerging opportunities, whilst developing tailored approaches for key customer segment personas. \nResponsibilities\n\nGenerate and qualify leads that build sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing. \nDevelop an in-depth understanding of our buyer personas and the key business issues, needs, goals, and challenges of our target markets. \nWork closely with sales executives to drive engagement with key contacts in target accounts, improve sales pipeline development, and qualify opportunities. \nEnsure a consistent level of prospecting activity to achieve quarterly goals. \nLeverage and adapt email scripts and outreach sequences. \nUse social selling techniques to attract and source leads. \nTrack all activities within our CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot, or other sales outreach solutions i.e. Salesloft) and create a weekly report on industry trends, pipeline, and conversation highlights. \nWork together with the team to establish and share prospecting techniques that are most effective. \nKeep up to date on trends and news from the industry, our competitors, and our target market. \nQualifications\n\n7+ years of experience prospecting for Enterprise B2B SaaS solutions Financial Services within the UK/EMEA/APAC.\nSuperb written and verbal communication skills. \nExperience with mid to high volume email/cold calling. \nAbility to thrive within a competitive, goal-driven company. \nSelf-starter with the ability to positively contribute in a congenial, start-up environment. \nAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and autonomously manage time. \nArcesium's Personal Data Privacy Notice for Candidates is linked here.\nRecruiting Security\n Emails from genuine Arcesium recruiters who are employees of the company will always come from the @arcesium.com domain.
