This position is onsite and located in Fort Detrick, MD.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\nProvide senior PPBE, programming, budgeting, and execution support.\nDevelop spend plans and POM/SPAR inputs.\nTrack obligations/disbursements and reconcile program funding.\nProduce leadership financial reports.\nSupport LCCE/LCSP/IGCE and acquisition documentation.\nNECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:\nDoD PPBE.\nRDT&E, Procurement, O&M appropriations.\nBudget execution.\nFinancial reporting and analysis.\nAdvanced Excel.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nACEIT proficiency.\nAbility to develop financial schedules and support lifecycle cost estimates.\nExperience with DoD financial/budget processes.\nTravel: Up to 20%\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nCurrent WRPBH financial incumbent.\n\nMDAPT/PTS/CBE/PCAN/CCaR/PIEE.\nDHA medical acquisition financial experience.\nMin.
