This position is onsite and located in Fort Detrick, MD.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\nProvide overall contract management, staffing oversight, subcontractor coordination, schedule management, risk management, and performance oversight.\nServe as primary management interface with Government leadership/COR.\nMonitor staffing, vacancies, performance, deliverables, expenditures, risks, and corrective actions.\nCoordinate onsite Team Leads and ensure continuity of services.\nSupport Program Management Plan, staffing plan, status reporting, program reviews, transition, and quality requirements.\nManage recruiting, retention, and replacement staffing to minimize disruption to Government operations.\nNECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:\nFederal/DoD service contract management.\nManaging large, multidisciplinary professional services teams.\nStaffing, subcontractor management, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and customer relationship management.\nStrong executive communication and Government customer-facing skills.\nAbility to manage multiple functional teams simultaneously.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nDemonstrated experience managing work comparable in complexity to the PWS.\nAbility to control, coordinate, and direct personnel and subcontractor performance.\nStrong written and oral communication.\nMust meet Tier 1 personnel security/onboarding requirements.\nTravel: Up to 20%\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nCurrent or recent DHA/PAE MP program experience.\nCurrent incumbent Contract Manager, Deputy PM, Task Manager, or senior Team Lead.\nExperience at Fort Detrick.\nDHA medical acquisition/product-development support experience.\nPMP or comparable project/program management certification.\nExperience managing 50+ FTE federal contracts.\nMin.
