We can't sponsor H1B.\nArcetyp LLC is looking for a Software Engineer / Developer.This position is onsite and located in Silver Spring, Maryland.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\nEvaluate available STRL Lab Demo electronic personnel-management systems and potential custom alternatives.\nSupport selection and implementation of the Government-selected solution.\nConfigure and customize the system to support NMRC personnel-management requirements.\nDevelop system deployment and hosting approaches supporting NMRC and its subordinate commands.\nSupport operation across applicable DoD networks and geographically distributed locations.\nEnsure system capabilities support required PII handling and applicable DoD information-security requirements.\nConfigure functionality supporting:Position descriptions.\nPersonnel classification.\nPerformance ratings.\nContribution assessments.\nCompensation-related processes.\n\nConduct system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates.\nDevelop system-administration and operating procedures.\nTrain administrators and end users on system functionality and lifecycle management.\nProvide technical support during mock pay pools, personnel conversion, and the first rating cycle.\nSupport help-desk and sustainment activities associated with the selected solution.\nNECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex software requirements and develop effective solutions.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nMaster's degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.\nMinimum 4 years of knowledge and work experience with DoD Lab Demo systems. \nAt least 2 years of experience developing, customizing, or maintaining a Lab Demo personnel-management electronic system for a DoD client. \nDemonstrated experience successfully navigating DoD network requirements.\nU.S. citizenship.\nAbility to satisfy required Tier 3 background-investigation and Government-access requirements.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nSTRL performance-management or contribution-based compensation applications.\nDoD application deployment and systems integration.\nHandling systems containing PII or sensitive personnel information.\nCAC-enabled environments.\nDoD Risk Management Framework or related cybersecurity processes.\nFederal HR information systems.\nMinimum 4 years of knowledge and work experience with DoD STRL Lab Demo systems.\nAt least 2 years of experience developing, customizing, or maintaining an STRL Lab Demo personnel-management electronic system for a DoD client.\nMin.
