You are expected to show up every day with urgency, ownership, and a positive attitude, and to deliver results consistently.\nOwn and execute events, and conferences end to end including logistics, guest lists, and follow-up\n\nRun growth experiments across conferences, launches, brand moments and new channels, and scale what’s working\n\nDrive product and feature launches from planning through execution\n\nBuild partnerships with investors, accelerators, and founder communities that put us in the room\n\nOwn the operational stack behind growth: CRM, sequencing, tracking, and automation\n\nBuild the operational systems and playbooks that let us scale what's working\n\nJump on whatever needs doing to keep the company moving fast\n\nWe ask a lot because we are building an exceptional company.
