Must have some CNC Mill machining experience or Machine Tool Technology degree. Looking for team members to join on our night shift. Multiple opportunities to learn and grow with us.\nProduces machined parts by operating a Milling computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; and maintaining equipment.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nInspects products during the machining operation to determine if parts meet specifications, complying with established standards and methods for inspection, testing, evaluation and calibration\nFollow all job work order instructions\nMust be able to run more than one machine where cycle time permits\nComplete all required shop floor documentation for the job including both part-dimensional and visual inspection\nMaintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; reports to management/maintenance the need for machine repairs\nUnderstands and comply with company policy safety guidelines, quality systems requirements and housekeeping standards\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\nDue to contractual requirements, this position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.\n Preferred Qualifications:\nMachine Tool Technology degree (completed or pursuing)\nA minimum of 1 years’ experience operating a CNC mill machine\nStrong mechanical aptitude\nAbility to read and understand blueprints\nStrong attention to detail\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, continuous mental and visual attention is needed. The ability to stand for a shift, sit, talk and hear is frequently required. Lifting up to 40 pounds is required.
