This hands-on role is responsible for programming 8-axis CNC equipment, supporting first article production, improving manufacturing efficiency, and collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate CNC programs and shop drawings using CAD/CAM software such as Esprit and/or Mastercam.\nDevelop and optimize machining processes for new and existing products.\nCoordinate tooling selection, qualification, and standardization.\nEstablish set-up standards and procedures.\nSet up and run first article parts.\nSupport manufacturing operations with tooling modifications and troubleshooting.\nImprove cycle times, quality, and productivity.\nCollaborate across departments to improve manufacturing capabilities.\nInterpret blueprints and GD&T requirements.\nMaintain ERP records.\nFollow safety protocols and PPE requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED plus technical training or equivalent experience\n4+ years of CNC machining and programming experience\nExperience programming with Esprit and/or Mastercam\nAbility to set-up Swiss CNC machines - Tsugami and Citizen\nStrong blueprint reading and GD&T skills\nPreferred\nAdvanced CAD/CAM programming experience.\nExperience supporting medical device or high-precision manufacturing environments.\nContinuous improvement and Lean manufacturing experience.\nStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.\nCore Competencies\nQuality focused with strong attention to detail.\nCommitment to workplace safety and compliance.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across departments.\nAdvanced understanding of Cartesian coordinate systems and CNC programming principles.\nAdditional Notes\nARCH Global Precision is an Equal Opportunity Employer and wholeheartedly supports diversity in the workplace as a basic premise for business success.
