well-maintained, safe, and fully functional\nOversee reception, visitor experience, and workplace services\nManage suppliers, contracts, and service delivery\nMaintain office supplies, meeting rooms, and overall workspace readiness\nMaintenance & Projects\nCoordinate maintenance, repairs, and essential services (e.g. HVAC, pest control)\nManage office improvements, refurbishments, or relocations\nMaintain asset registers and maintenance schedules\nHealth, Safety & Compliance\nLead health and safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance\nConduct risk assessments, inspections, and emergency drills\nFleet Management & Operations\nOversee fleet performance, utilisation, and cost efficiency\nCoordinate vehicle allocation, transfers, and disposals\nManage fleet service providers and monitor SLA performance\nEnsure compliance with licensing, insurance, and roadworthiness standards\nMonitor fuel usage and investigate irregularities\nConduct regular inspections and maintain accurate records\nPeople & Stakeholder Management\nBuild strong relationships with vendors and internal teams\nSupport driver compliance, onboarding, and training\nManage support staff, ensuring service excellence\nWhat We’re Looking For\nQualifications & Experience\nDiploma or Certificate in Facilities, Logistics, or a related field\nMinimum 2+ years’ experience in facilities and/or fleet management\nSolid understanding of building maintenance and fleet operations\nValid driver’s licence and own transport\nSkills & Attributes\nStrong organisational and coordination skills\nHigh attention to detail and risk awareness\nConfident managing budgets and controlling costs\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to stay calm and responsive in
