We're fast-moving, fast-growth and founder-led: no layers between you and the decisions that matter, and real ownership from day one.\nWe work hybrid from our new Kraków office, coming together as a team at least two days a week.\nTechnical Implementation Consultant\nEvery customer's journey with Archdesk starts the same way: a system that's brand new to them, and a business that can't afford to pause while they figure it out. That's where you come in. You'll take ownership of each customer's configuration from day one, shaping the platform around how they actually build so with time it doesn't feel like new software but it is an integral part to how they operate. \nWhat you'll actually be doing\nConfiguring the software and making sure implementation actually lands, not just launches\n\nDigging into the data a customer gives you to check it's clean, complete, and ready to go in\n\nRunning training sessions on custom setups, so teams aren't just handed a tool, they know how to use it\n\nHelping customers get real value out of the platform and hit the outcomes they signed up for\n\nSolving problems as they come up, technical or otherwise\n\nKeeping an eye on customer accounts to catch satisfaction dips before they become churn risk\n\nManaging technical queries throughout implementation, start to finish\n\nFeeding customer requirements back to Product and Engineering, and keeping them aligned with the roadmap\n\nPitching in on internal process improvements with the rest of the Implementation Team\n\nAbout you\nSharp analytical and problem-solving instincts\n\nConfident communicating directly with customers\n\nA customer-centric mindset, you think in terms of the value they're getting, not just the ticket you're closing\n\nSolid understanding of software development and the SaaS model\n\nGood technical skills, and the knack for explaining complex software simply\n\nReal attention to detail\n\nProactive, we'll support you with what you need, but you should be comfortable structuring your own day\n\nA strong work ethic and good self-organisation, this is a hybrid role, so you'll manage your own workload across in-office and remote time\n\nNice to have\nExperience implementing ERP or project
