You are the administrative support assigned to assist the certification effort through all phases of the type certification program. \nCoordinate and support certification activities \nTrack, review, and maintain certification documents, compliance checklists, and other related paperwork\nWork closely with Certification Engineers and Program Management to maintain Certification Status Reporting Tools\nSupport meetings with regulatory authorities; take notes, submit briefings, and ensure completion of action items\nAssist in the development/release of Certification processes and procedures\nAssist with communications/submissions to the FAA; track FAA acceptance \nWhat you need:\n5+ years experience in business Administration\nExcellent organizational and communication skills\nAbility to identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and find solutions. \nAccuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks, including data entry and document preparation. \nBonus Qualifications:\nExperience using JIRA, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Sharepoint \nExperience or knowledge of FAA Certification \nExperience with FAA Certification \nExperience with AI tools \n*Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications\nAt Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
