The role provides practical handsâon support to risk processes systems and reporting ensuring timely accurate and consistent execution of risk oversight activities across the business. The role has a strong focus on operational excellence data quality and stakeholder support acting as a key enabler for both internal risk teams and the wider business.\nWhat Youll DoReporting & Management Information\nOwn the ISRM reporting methodology standards governance and reporting calendar.\nProduce monthly management information (MI) packs and executive reporting.\nDevelop reporting and dashboards covering TPRM findings actions risks controls and operational performance.\nEnsure reporting is accurate timely consistent and decision-useful.\nRisk Analysis & Insight\nAnalyze risk TPRM findings actions and operational data to identify trends themes emerging risks and process weaknesses.\nPerform root-cause thematic concentration risk and exception analysis.\nProvide management insight and recommendations based on data-driven findings.\nSupport proactive identification of issues requiring escalation or intervention.\nGovernance Oversight & Assurance\nMaintain oversight of findings remediation actions exceptions and risk treatment activities.\nSupport audit assurance and ISO-related activities including evidence management and action tracking.\nMonitor compliance with risk governance requirements and reporting obligations.\nSupport escalation of overdue high-risk or systemic issues.\nRisk Operations & Systems Management\nProvide operational administration and support for Archer GRC.\nMaintain risk control issue finding and action data quality.\nManage operational workflows ticket queues and JIRA activity.\nSupport data integrity process efficiency and audit readiness across risk processes.\nCoordination & Operational Risk Support\nProduce and maintain TPRM reporting and operational metrics.\nTriage and coordinate risk escalations.\nTrack assessment progress remediation activities and risk acceptance decisions.\nAct as a coordination analyst for the Enterprise Risk and Compliance function\nWhat You BringExperience working in an enterprise risk or operational risk environment\nSolid analytical skills with the ability to interpret risk and operational data and turn it into clear management information trends and insights.\nExperience producing management reporting and dashboards.\nStrong attention to detail and a demonstrated focus on data quality completeness accuracy and consistency.\nGood understanding of risk management principles including risk identification assessment treatment acceptance escalation and monitoring.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows actions deadlines and stakeholder requests at the same time.\nConfidence working with stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority including Security Engineering Legal Procurement Finance and Go To Market.\nA practical problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify process weaknesses and opportunities to improve\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present risk information in a clear concise and decision-useful way.\nEven Better If You HaveExperience using Archer GRC particularly for risk control issue findings or action management.\nExperience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel including building or maintaining dashboards and management reporting.\nExperience working with JIRA or similar workflow/ticket-management tools.\nExposure to ISO/IEC 27001 SOC 2 NIST or other recognised security and risk frameworks.\nExperience supporting internal or external audits certification activities assurance reviews or evidence collection.\nExperience performing trend thematic root-cause exception or concentration-risk analysis.\nExperience working in a SaaS technology or regulated environment.\nExperience improving or standardising risk processes reporting methodologies data structures or governance workflows.\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover orcontaina comprehensive listing of activities duties or responsibilities that arerequired ofthe employee for this job.
