grow with us.\nWhat You’ll Own\nThe CEO and COO are well scheduled, prepared for every meeting, and free to focus on the highest-leverage priorities.\n\nExecutive travel, expenses, and correspondence are handled end to end, accurately and with discretion.\n\nThe San Mateo office is stocked, organized, and welcoming, with vendors, deliveries, and guests managed smoothly.\n\nNew hires arrive to a ready workstation, working accounts, and a well-run first day.\n\nInterviews, team events, and offsites run on schedule and land well with candidates and the team.\n\nHR administration and cross-functional projects move to completion, with scalable processes replacing day-to-day friction.\n\nKey Qualifications\n4-7 years in executive support, office management, or operations, ideally at a fast-paced tech startup.\n\nTrack record managing complex, shifting calendars and prioritizing on behalf of busy executives.\n\nExceptional organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication.\n\nSound judgment and discretion with confidential financial, legal, and people information.\n\nComfort with Google Workspace and Slack, and quick to learn new systems.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience as an early operations or administrative hire at a high-growth startup.\n\nExperience supporting multiple executives or founders at once.\n\nExposure to finance, HR, or legal operations.\n\nTrack record planning successful team events and
