The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has strong communication and relationship-building skills, and can effectively connect with candidates from diverse backgrounds.\nThe Bilingual Recruiter will manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support while providing an excellent candidate experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nSource and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.\nConduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews and evaluate candidates based on position requirements.\nCommunicate with candidates in both English and Spanish throughout the recruitment process.\nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.\nSchedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.\nConduct reference checks and assist with background-check processes as required.\nExtend offers and assist with compensation discussions and pre-employment requirements.\nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nEnsure candidates receive timely updates and a positive, professional experience.\nAttend career fairs, hiring events, community events, and other recruiting activities.\nSupport diversity and inclusion initiatives by developing relationships with candidates from varied backgrounds.\nStay informed about recruiting trends, local talent markets, and effective sourcing strategies.\nQualifications\nBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.\nPrevious experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field preferred.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills.\nComfortable using applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online recruiting platforms.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information professionally.\nStrong attention to detail and follow-through.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and team members.\nPreferred Qualifications\n2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience.\nExperience recruiting for high-volume, hourly, professional, or specialized positions.\nExperience with ATS and recruiting platforms.\nKnowledge of employment and recruiting practices.\nExperience participating in job fairs
