customer engagements.\nParticipate in discovery meetings to understand customer workforce requirements, project scopes, and operational challenges.\nProvide technical guidance regarding data center roles, labor categories, staffing structures, and workforce deployment models.\nAssist in developing staffing solutions aligned with customer timelines and project objectives.\nSolution Design\nDesign workforce strategies for:Data Center Technicians I, II, III\nCritical Facilities Technicians\nCable and Fiber Technicians\nRack & Stack Teams\nCommissioning Technicians\nSite Leads\nProject Managers\nConstruction Managers\nNetwork Engineers\nData Center Engineers\n\nCreate staffing plans for greenfield builds, expansions, migrations, and operational support projects.\nDevelop labor estimates, staffing schedules, and workforce ramp-up plans.\nClient Consultation\nServe as the workforce and industry expert during customer presentations.\nAdvise clients on labor market conditions, workforce availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies.\nPresent best practices for workforce planning and project execution.\nSupport RFP, RFQ, and proposal development.\nProposal & Bid Support\nAssist with preparing:Statements of Work (SOWs)\nWorkforce plans\nTechnical proposals\nLabor estimates\nStaffing program designs\n\nReview customer requirements and ensure solution accuracy.\nCollaborate with recruiting and operations teams to validate staffing feasibility.\nIndustry Expertise\nMaintain expertise in:Data Center Operations\nCritical Facilities\nData Center Construction\nCommissioning\nStructured Cabling\nNetwork Infrastructure\nHyperscale Data Centers\nAI Infrastructure Deployments\n\nMonitor market trends, labor availability, compensation benchmarks,
