Where the people is our biggest asset!\n The Team Lead will be responsible for people and project management, carrying out administrative activity required to ensure effective management of claims administration team, payment allocation, claims reserves and total incurred review. The claims lead must know how the team processes to reconcile claims advice and claims payment-related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.The candidate will provide support and be part of the Aii Claims team and will report to GSO Director of Operations and Claims Operations Manager in London.\nMonitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance productivity and quality.\nCoordinate team schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet project deadlines and operational needs.\nManage conflict resolution within the team, mediating disputes and promoting a positive work environment.\nOversee the maintenance and organization of team resources, including equipment and supplies, to ensure optimal availability and utilization.\nRepresent the team in cross-functional meetings with team lead, providing updates and feedback to stakeholders on team progress and challenges.\nLiase with claim handlers to review significant amount of total incurred claims movement\nPerform ad hoc reconciliations and assist in quarterly and annual audit.\nAssist team lead in the development and implementation of team goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic direction.\nFacilitate communication between team members and departments to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing.\nPrepare monthly and quarterly productivity reports of the team\n Working knowledge of claims process.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with high attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to work unsupervised, work on tight deadlines, pro-active and team player.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation.\nInsurance background is preferred\n
