As an Application Team Leader you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of application developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outputs.
What you will need to do:
- Lead and manage a team of application developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, product owners, and other stakeholders, to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Establish coding standards, processes, and best practices within the team.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
- Perform regular performance evaluations and identify areas for skill development within the team.
- Handle resource planning, allocation, and capacity management.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies when appropriate.
- Travel: Required, IT Project Based.
What you will need to have:
- BSc in Business, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management.
- Very good command (written and oral) of the English language.
