HSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance within our oil and gas operations, ensuring alignment with Client's (KNPC) regulations and standards.\nBuild towards excellence!\nWhat you will need to do:\nDevelop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health, safety, and environmental management systems in line with client’s requirements.\nLead and manage a team of HSE professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary to ensure a culture of safety excellence.\nConduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement appropriate control measures.\nCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards throughout all phases of project execution.\nInvestigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.\nLiaise with regulatory authorities, industry organizations, and stakeholders to stay updated on HSE-related regulations, standards, and best practices.\nPrepare and submit reports, statistics, and documentation as required by the client and other regulatory bodies.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HSE performance, efficiency, and effectiveness across the organization.\nPromote a culture of safety awareness and accountability among employees, contractors, and subcontractors through training, communication, and engagement programs.\n What you will need to have:\nA four-year full- time degree in Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Bachelor of Technology Degree in Engineering (B.Tech)/ Bachelor of Engineering (BE)Science.\nAt least fifteen (15) years’ experience in the field of HSE/EPC Projects within the Oil & Gas sector/ refineries, petrochemicals, fertilizers or heavy chemicals.\nExposure to large- scale Oil & Gas and Marine Projects.\nExcellent command (written and oral) of the English language (knowledge of Arabic will be beneficial).\nWhat is nice to have:\nIndustrial Safety Diploma\nNEBOSH International Diploma\nProfessional qualifications like CSP/ CMIOSH/ CRSP\nCertified Auditors for ISO 9001/ ISO 45001/ ISO 14001\nCertified training on QRA/HAZOP- HAZAN Studies\nYou are someone who:\nDemonstrates
