for two of our major projects in Egypt.\nbuild towards excellence. join our worldwide journey.\nWhat you will need to do:\nPlanning & Scheduling\nDevelop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.\nPrepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), resource-loaded schedules, and recovery plans.\nCoordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to ensure schedule alignment.\nAnalyze project activities, critical paths, float consumption, and schedule risks.\nProject Controls\nMonitor project progress against approved baselines and identify deviations.\nPrepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and performance indicators.\nConduct earned value analysis (EVA) and productivity assessments.\nTrack project milestones and recommend corrective actions to address delays.\nCost Control\nMonitor project costs, commitments, and budget performance.\nAssist in forecasting project costs, cash flow requirements, and resource utilization.\nSupport the preparation of cost reports and variance analyses.\nReview subcontractor progress and support payment certification processes.\nRisk & Change Management\nIdentify schedule and cost risks and propose mitigation measures.\nEvaluate extension of time (EOT) claims and variations from a planning perspective.\nSupport change management processes by assessing schedule and cost impacts.\nCoordination & Reporting\nAttend project review meetings and provide schedule and performance updates.\nCoordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams.\nPrepare executive-level reports and presentations for management and clients.\nEnsure compliance with company procedures and project control standards.\nWhat you will need to have:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil Engineering is preferred) from an accredited university.\n5-7 years of experience in planning and project controls within civil construction projects.\nPrevious experience with civil construction contractors is essential.\nStrong knowledge of Primavera P6, Project Control, Cost Control, Risk Management, Change Management, Delay Analysis, and Contract Administration.\nExperience in medium to large-scale construction projects.\nProficiency in Primavera P6, MS Office applications, and AutoCAD.\nPMP, PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), or relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.\nExcellent command of English.\nYou are someone who:\nHas strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrates excellent planning, organization, and time management abilities.\nIs proactive, accountable, and results oriented.\nHas strong teamwork,
