Build on something that matters!\nWhat you will need to do:\nDrafts project-specific Project Controls Procedures as per contract requirements.\nParticipates in preparing Project internal and external reports in the required format.\nInitiates, coordinates and maintains Project List(s) of Deliverables including those for project procedures and plans, engineering, procurement, material submittals, method statements etc.\nPuts together procurement packages including quantities take-off, contract specifications and technical requirements, delivery schedule etc.\nInitiates and maintains Procurement Status Register.\nPrepares and maintains Subcontractors Register.\nAssists in drafting subcontract agreements and negotiating subcontract prices.\nAssists in subcontracts administration and related correspondences, measurements, payment certification, closing final account etc.\nCoordinates and maintains Engineering Deliverables Status Register.\nPrepares a List of Project Materials along with the required quantities and maintains a continuous project materials reconciliation.\nEnsures that project records and diaries are maintained including photos, list of daily activities, climate conditions, utilized & idle resources, productivities, important events, verbal site instructions, etc.\nMonitors the Contract Scope of Work and any Variations there to.\nPrepares and maintains Variations and Claims Registers.\nCollects, maintains and groups contemporary records necessary for assessment and substantiation of Variations and Claims.\nPrepares Variation and Claim submissions.\nCollaborates with quantity surveyors in preparing and submitting monthly payment requests.\nAssists in preparing budget and current estimates and monitor any variances.\nParticipates in establishing project cost centers and allocates costs accordingly.\n University degree in Engineering.\n5 years relevant experience in construction industry at similar level.\nExperience in EPC Projects with ADNOC (or equivalent) is essential.\nCapability to perform under stressful situations.\nCost estimation, cost control, planning, risk management and contractual knowledge.\nEngineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning awareness.\nFluency in the English language.\nKnowledge of project management tools.\nKnowledge of basic financial concepts.\n You are someone who:\nGood communication and interface with Project Team\nOperational mindset\nHas excellent organizational skills\nIs passionate about his/her field of expertise and determined to succeed \nWhat's in it for you:\nExpat package is on the shelf, yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams, within an international leading EPC Group on a mission that matters.
