Build on something that matters!\nWhat you will need to do:\nReview and interpret piping isometric drawings, P&IDs, GA drawings, specifications, and construction work packs.\nPlan, coordinate, and supervise piping fabrication activities in accordance with project requirements and schedules.\nEnsure fabrication activities comply with applicable codes and standards such as ASME B31.3, ASME Section IX, API, ASTM, and client specifications.\nPrepare and review fabrication work packages, material take-offs (MTO), and bills of materials (BOM).\nCoordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, Planning, and Construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.\nSupervise pipe cutting, fit-up, welding, spool fabrication, assembly, and dimensional inspection activities.\nMonitor fabrication progress and ensure timely completion of fabrication deliverables in line with project milestones.\nEnsure proper material identification, traceability, storage, preservation, and handling throughout fabrication activities.\nReview and resolve fabrication-related technical queries and construction issues.\nEnsure all welding activities are performed in accordance with approved WPS, PQR, and qualified welder requirements.\nCoordinate and monitor NDT, PWHT, hydrotesting, and other inspection activities as per project specifications.\nMonitor weld quality, repair rates, productivity, and implement corrective actions where necessary.\nVerify fabrication works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and quality requirements.\nCoordinate spool release, hydrotest package preparation, mechanical completion, and handover activities.\nIdentify potential fabrication constraints and implement mitigation measures to avoid schedule delays.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly fabrication progress reports and productivity reports.\nParticipate in project meetings and provide technical support and fabrication status updates.\nConduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture within fabrication teams.\nSupport site construction activities by coordinating fabricated spool deliveries and installation requirements.\nEnsure compliance with project quality plans, inspection test plans (ITP), and client requirements.\nAssist in cost control initiatives by minimizing material wastage, weld repairs, and fabrication rework.\nWhat you will need to have:\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.\nMinimum 7- 10 years of experience in piping fabrication within Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, LNG, or EPC projects.\nStrong knowledge of piping fabrication, welding, NDT, hydrotesting, material control, and international codes and standards.\nProficient in reading engineering drawings, isometrics, and fabrication documents.\nGood communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.\nYou are someone who:\nStrong Leadership and communication skills\nIs able to work both independently and as team leader, exercising professional judgment and coordination skills\nHas excellent organizational skills\nWhat's in it for you:\nExpat package is on the shelf, yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams, within an international leading EPC Group on a mission that matters.
