Tech / MTech or equivalent in any discipline \nMinimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, EPC/EPCM, or major infrastructure projects, depending on the position.\nProven experience working on ADNOC projects in the UAE is highly preferred / required.\nStrong knowledge of ADNOC standards, specifications, HSE requirements, project procedures and work practices.\nPrevious experience with ADNOC Group companies, such as ADNOC Onshore, ADNOC Offshore, ADNOC Gas, ADNOC LNG, ADNOC Drilling, or related ADNOC entities, will be considered a strong advantage.\nExperience in EPC projects, preferably involving large-scale oil & gas facilities, offshore/onshore facilities, pipelines, terminals, or associated infrastructure.\nFamiliarity with UAE statutory requirements, authority approvals and local regulations relevant to Oil & Gas construction activities.\nProven ability to work in a multicultural and high-pressure project environment and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultant, Contractors and Subcontractors.\nStrong understanding of construction planning, execution, quality control, HSE and project schedules relevant to the position.\nExcellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.\nPrevious UAE/GCC project experience is mandatory or highly preferred, depending on the seniority of the position.\nAbility to join the project within a short notice period will be an advantage.\nExcellent command (written and oral) of English\n What’s in it for you:\nExpat package is on the shelf, yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams, within an international leading EPC Group on a mission that matters.
