Archmill House does not use AI to screen, assess, or select applicants.\nWHY THIS ROLE\nReal Ownership.You'll own a portfolio of quick-service restaurant remodels across Canada and the US, from handoff to closeout. You make the calls on schedule, trades and cost, and you answer for the result.\nDefined Process.We own the end-to-end process. Design, millwork and fixtures are built in-house by Archmill House, so you're not waiting on someone else's shop or chasing a supplier's excuses.\nRapid Results.Our projects run in days, not months. You'll see the results of your decisions within weeks and deliver many projects a year, not one or two.\nPaid for Performance.On top of a competitive salary, our bonus plan rewards projects delivered on time, on budget and done right.\nRoom to Grow. Rapid Re-Image™ is a growing division. You'll work directly with our COO, help shape how we deliver projects, and coach the next group of PMs. As we grow, so does the scope of the role.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nOwn several projects at once: scope, schedule, budget, margin, risk and closeout.\nWork through the details, including drawings, sequencing, trade schedules, change orders and cost to complete.\nHold subcontractors and vendors to their commitments. When something slips, set the fix and the deadline that day.\nAct as the senior contact for client construction and operations leaders, including hard conversations about scope, schedule and cost.\nRaise risks early and bring a recommended solution with each one.\nCoach other Project Managers and help them get difficult projects back on track.\nWHAT YOU BRING\n10+ years managing complex construction projects with full ownership of budget and schedule. Experience in restaurant, retail, millwork or multi-site rollouts is strongly preferred.\nExperience delivering fast-track projects on time and on budget.\nStrong working knowledge of drawings, specifications, contracts, change management and job-cost forecasting.\nClear, direct communication. You say what's happening, what it means and what you're doing about it.\nStrong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability.\nCalm, logical judgment under pressure, and the drive to make decisions yourself.\nA valid driver's license and the ability to travel to Canadian and US sites up to 40% of the time, about two days a week. Not every trip means an overnight stay.\nA degree in construction management, engineering or a related field is preferred.
